A time-served surveyor and rail professional with more than 17 years’ of experience under his belt, Joel joined SEP Rail Services as an Assistant Project Manager in October 2019, rising to the position of Project Manager just over 6 months later.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of success, Joel has a comprehensive appreciation and understanding of the complex and intricate nature of rail projects, making him the ideal person to take the lead on the majority of the firm’s survey-related tender submissions.
Specialising in leading diverse teams throughout the full lifecycle of challenging, multidisciplinary projects, it’s his unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and an adherence to project timelines that has consistently resulted in successful outcomes for our clients.
A genuine asset to the business, our clients and their projects, Joel holds an HND in Surveying Engineering from The Survey Association, and is an Associate Member of the Association for Project Management, as well as holding a formal Project Management Qualification (PMQ) from the same body.
